Kopano Mashike
Meet Kopano Woanda Mashike An all round, Johannesburg based Creative, who was first introduced to the industry in 2017 by Award Winning Leburugraphy Productions with two cameo roles, on Mzansi Magic Films, Thojane and Mamodibe.
She collaborated with Impuls Radio Africa and Alliance Fransaise of Johannesburg as an Art Curator for The Zama Shozi debut Collection.
She later starred in Blue, a short animation film by Durban based Animator, Sanele Qwabe.
Blue was screened at Festivals in Poland, Italy and The Great Film Club in Los Angeles, to name a few.
Kopano has also worked alongside Platinum Selling Producer, uBeyond as a Co Executive Producer for the creation of the soundtrack for Blue.
While navigating the world of voice overs she found her way back to storytelling.
Kopano was touring with a theater production titled 4 Cups, written and directed by Dr Leanetse Seekoe.
4 Cups has showcased at The Pan-African Creative Exchange in Bloemfontein, The iconic Joburg Theatre and the Market Theatre.
In 2024 Kopano portrayed the character of Jane for a Showmax Feature Film, directed by Tumisho Mahlase.
She recently ran a 4 day theater production in collaboration with PopArt and the Joburg theater.
Take Me To Town is written and directed by Thabiso T Rammala.
Kopano just wrapped up with her second Showmax Feature Film of 2024.
