Biography
Jake is a dedicated actor and producer based in Cape Town. His long-standing working relationship with Samantha began when he was just 14 years old, marking the start of his on-screen journey in both local and international productions such as Black Sails and Superdad. More recently, he has appeared in major Netflix titles including Justice Served and No One Saw Us Leave.
A trained performer, Jake studied Theatre and Performance at UCT, where he refined his craft on stage and began developing his voice as a producer. In 2021, he founded the successful and internationally recognised theatre company, Baked Shakespeare.
Firmly rooted in the theatre world, Jake is approaching 2026 as a year of collaboration and creative expansion. He is currently growing his producing slate and is open to partnering with creators who are looking to bring new work to life.
Driven by a deep commitment to performance, Jake values continuous learning, strong mentorship, and meaningful creative relationships. The creative industry is not just his profession — it is the essence of his life.
