Biography
Tyde, a graduate of the Waterfront Theatre School, is a skilled actress, singer, dancer, and choreographer. She portrayed Heather McNamara in the South African premiere of Heathers: The Musical, which sold out all 12 performances and received rave reviews. In 2025, she also expanded her international performance experience by cheerleading for the Mumbai Indians in the IPL tournament. Her notable roles include starring in Miscast and portraying Gerti Cummings in Oklahoma, both of which were nominated for Best Ensemble by Broadway World South Africa. She has also starred in You Never Know and was a consistent cast member in The Dance Show and the annual Choreographic Competition throughout her four years of training, where she earned multiple awards for her choreography.
